Taking into account statements by supervisory authorities and court decisions, WGW develops concepts for data processing operations of any kind, for data transfer to third countries and is available to clients at any time on questions of German, European and international data protection law. In this context, we also take on the representation of clients in the context of official proceedings, such as data processing prohibition proceedings or questions regarding the duty to notify in the event of data leaks pursuant to Art. 33 DSGVO.
